Stonewall has published its inaugural list of the most transgender-inclusive employers in the UK for 2018. They include the National Assembly for Wales, Pinsent Masons, Gentoo, Lloyds Banking Group, Cardiff University, Baker McKenzie and Berwin Leighton Paisner. Research published by Stonewall in January revealed 51% of trans employees have hidden their identity at work for fear of discrimination.
