EMCC CONFERENCE: INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL NEED A BLENDED APPROACH

As internal coaching continues to grow, we need collaboration and complementary activity, not competition between potential providers, and we need blended approaches to harness what external and internal coaching have to offer, according to a panel at the EMCC annual conference.
