Demand for coaching remains high, the perceived value and credibility of coaching stand at record high, and coaching is once again being ‘democratised’, according to Sherpa’s 2016 Executive Coaching Survey. Change management is the top reason why coaching is sought, according to the survey. Other reasons why buyers seek coaching include: creating growth (30 per cent), building trust (14 per cent) and boosting productivity (14 per cent).
