HONG KONG CHINESE SEE COACHES AS EQUAL PARTNERS

Despite some coaches’ concerns to the contrary, the Chinese cultural heritage of the Hong Kong Chinese is compatible with Western coaching interventions, suggests a study from Hong Kong University.
