OLDER, SKILLED STAFF CAN BRIDGE LEADERSHIP GAP

It’s not how old you are, but how young you feel that matters when it comes to workplace performance, suggests research. Employees who felt substantially younger than their chronological age were more successful in meeting identified goals. And businesses with a higher proportion of “young at heart” employees tend to perform better overall, in terms of financial performance, efficiency and a longer tenured workforce, says the survey of more than 15,000 employees from 107 companies.
