EMCC ADDS ISMPE GUIDES FOR MENTORING SCHEMES

The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) is incorporating the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment (ISMPE) into its standards portfolio, and plans to widen the scope of these standards to cover internal coaching programmes. The ISMPE were the brainchild of Professor David Clutterbuck 12 years ago and were designed to fill a gap in the evaluation of mentoring programmes, focusing on adult employment and development in particular.
