The pace of my clients’ lives seems to be getting faster all the time. They’re required to produce better results in shorter and shorter timeframes, and their interactions with their teams and colleagues seem to be getting brisker. This brings more scope for misunderstanding and disconnection, which can risk lack of alignment and disengagement.
