CMI Paper declares support for female leaders

A lack of self-confidence, a weak talent pipeline, pay gaps and the wrong role models, are among the biggest challenges holding back female managers, according to the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Coinciding with International Women’s Day 2013 on 8 March, the CMI produced its first ever White Paper on gender issues, Women in Leadership.
