EMCC launches revised individual accreditation award

By Liz Hall The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) launches its revised European Individual Accreditation (EIA) award in June. The quality award seeks to assure clients and sponsors of coaching and mentoring that they will receive an excellent quality of coach/mentoring from accredited coaches. The award has four levels, allowing the applicant to apply to be assessed at the level most appropriate to their skills and experience. It is based on the EMCC Competence Framework, a research-based compilation of the most effective coaching/mentoring attributes. Assessment is undertaken by well-trained and supervised assessors.
