Executive coaching form Ridler & Co is collaborating with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) UK on the fifth Ridler Report due out in spring 2013.
Companies such as 3i, AMEC, Barclays Capital, BSkyB, Compass, E.ON, John Lewis, Linklaters, National Grid and PricewaterhouseCoopers have participated in previous Ridler Reports. Since its first publication in 2007 the Ridler Report has achieved a reputation for excellence in researching strategic trends in the use of executive coaching in large organisations.
Clive Mann, managing director at Ridler & Co, who will continue as editor, said: “We are delighted to be working with the EMCC to develop further the Ridler Report as a key reference point for all those interested in strategic trends in the use of executive coaching.”
The EMCC will bring to the Ridler Report the knowledge and research expertise of Ian Paterson, its UK managing director; Daniel Doherty, UK director of research and ethics and EMCC member Paula Roberts.
Organisational users of executive coaching from companies, professional partnerships, public sector and third sector organisations are invited to complete the questionnaire, which will soon be online at www.ridler-report.com. In return they will receive the 2013 Ridler Report next April. The Ridler Report will continue to be made available to all, free of charge, from September 2013. The 2011 Ridler Report is available, on request, at www.ridlerandco.com.
