Balfour Beatty’s next wellbeing programme will target 300 of its most senior employees. Meanwhile, internal coaches are supporting 260 employees who took part in a pilot Know Your Numbers wellbeing programme run by Ei World in August to November 2011, in Balfour Beatty Plant and Fleet Services, one of the infrastructure services business’ divisions.
