EMCC contract to tackle buyer ‘demands’

By Liz Hall Coaches accepted onto organisations’ preferred supplier lists (PSLs) are being subjected to unreasonable demands by buyers’ procurement departments. The increase in “horror stories” has prompted the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) UK to join forces with the Institute of Consulting (IC) to draft a blueprint commercial coaching contract, which will be made available to EMCC/IC members.
