Organisations to step up ‘informal’ learning

Organisations are planning to increase cheap internal activities such as peer mentoring and informal knowledge-sharing, says research by Henley. The majority of organisations will step up their learning and development activity in 2011. However, there has been a shift towards them doing it for themselves.
