Beech scoops top Consultancy award

The Beech Consultancy scooped the Institute of Consulting’s top award, Consultancy Practice of the Year. It was nominated by long-standing client Lincolnshire Police for work on its leadership development programme to develop the leadership and coaching skills of senior leaders.

An independent review indicated the work had led to a dramatic improvement in staff turnover, grievances and sickness.
