Australia is one step closer to having guidelines for coaching in organisations, following publication of a draft document for public comment. The Standards Australia coaching committee has released a handbook, Guidelines on Coaching in Organisations, for public comment after two years of work, involving key stakeholders. The deadline for comments was 22 December. This month (January), the feedback will be analysed by the committee. Next month, the Coaching Working Party will incorporate comments.
