New CMI Youth Academy to grow future leaders through education

The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) launches its employer-led Youth Academy this autumn in a bid to inspire young people by recognising and supporting them for their management and leadership skills early on. Narinder Uppal, recently appointed the CMI’s new head of awarding body, said: “The Youth Academy is a big thing because employers are saying that when pupils come out of school and college, they haven’t got the skills they need.
