Self-help plan gives boost to minority leaders

Some 22 organisations have signed up to a co-coaching initiative for groups under-represented at senior management levels.Participating organisations include BT, HM Revenue & Customs, Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Middle managers and team leaders are eligible to join Coaching Squared’s self-managed scheme in the categories: women; black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME), and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT).
