Core competencies

Looks at the International Coach Federation competence of “managing progress and accountability”. Each of the ICF’s core coaching competencies has a job to do; a reason for being there that is designed to support the coach in supporting their client. The importance of this competency seems to be beyond question for most coaches working in the corporate world.
