The NHS Leadership Academy is about to launch a national reverse mentoring programme. The NHS Leadership Academy Reciprocal Mentoring Programme kicks off this month (November) at Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust, the first of three planned pilots. Each organisation will choose their specific focus. In one, for example, the focus is BAME and gender.
