The annual Eric Parsloe Scholarship in Professional Coach-mentoring has been launched as a tribute to Eric, who has stepped down as OCM chairman due to failing health. The scholarship is aimed at individuals who wouldn’t normally have the opportunity to access professional development in coach-mentoring and for whom this opportunity will provide a real lift during a challenging time.
