The Centre of Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) has been helping pharmaceutical firm Boehringer Ingelheim after it made redundancies for the first time in 150 years. CAPP has been bringing employees together to celebrate the shared history through storytelling, Nicky Garcea told delegates at the CIPD’s HRD conference on 22 April.
